This Contest is organised by Jobs DB Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ["the
Organiser"] and is open to all Malaysian residents

The following individuals are not eligible to participate
in this JobsDB.com Career Expo 2009 Registration draw:

Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser [including
its associated and related companies] and their immediate
family members [parents, siblings, spouses, children];
and/or Advertising and/or promotion service providers of
the Organiser, and their immediate family members [parents,
siblings, spouses, children].

The participants are only eligible to enter the draw by registering
for JobsDB.com Career Expo 2009, beginning 3 November 2008
until 10 January 2009.

The Organiser shall reserve the right to end or extend the
Period at any time.

Winners will be notified via the telephone number and/or e-mail
indicated in their registration information. The Organiser
will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed
delivery of the notification to the winner.

All prizes must be redeemed within two (2) weeks from the
day the winners are contacted, or else prize will be forfeited.

Each prize may be claimed only once and the winner must show
proof of identity in the form of Malaysian MyKad/IC during
redemption.

The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion
to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value
at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an
“as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or
kind in part or in full.

The Organiser shall reserve the right to use the names and/or
photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of
advertising and/or trade and/or publicity and the winners shall
not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation
on the materials.

The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence
thereon will be entertained.

By participating in the JobsDB.com Career Expo 2009 Registration
draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
